My tama go wont let me press any buttons!

my tama go character keeps on putting up a sad face and when i press the buttons nothing happens , it doesnt let me see the time or pause it. It also has a little charecter sitting next to her help me please!!!

That's a suitcase beside her. She has packed her bags and is about to leave (due to bad care.) You can convince her to stay if you repeatedly press the A (left) button (maybe 30 - 50 times.) As soon as something changes, fill her happy & hungry hearts.
