My Tamagotchi is not evolving Help

i tried everything, it's a child, i waited 1-2 weeks unpuased, and it's a child (yes i do have training, thx for the tip about the poop on floor)

Their must be something wrong with your tama. I would say just to reset it.

You might want to try pressing the reset button and downloading, or putting new batteries in.

1.i put new batterers in

2.it's unpaused (there's not my image with the word "paused" underneath)

3.it's a tama-go

4.it's still a child

5.i tried reseting and waiting a full day and it's not grown

6.the age is 8 yrs old, and it's a child?(child age is 0-1)

7.it's the 1st gen

8.friendship is full

9.training is 3 lines full

idk why my tamagotchi is not evolving
