My Tamagotchi is stuck..

Well,I just bought my tamagotchi ID Melody Crown and tried reseting it (it was second hand and the user left his profile)

After reseting it,placed the dates,names etc.

Then this happened

What should I do about it? I don't understand Nihongo or Japanese! What should I press? Please help me.

That just means that you need to replace the batteries, nothing to worry about

That screen shows up when the batteries are dead, as Monkey said. Put in two new AAA batteries and select the top option to download. Color Tamagotchis run out of batteries quickly, so to prevent this try lowering the contrast. Press B to go to the time, then press B and C together. Press A to make the contrast lower.
