If your Tamagotchi is a V3, the character could be a billotchi.

Bill is different than a Billotchi. Bill is the 'hillbilly' character and Billotchi is the 'penguin' character.

I think you have either a Kurotchi, Megatchi, or a Billotchi. But I'm leaning toward Billotchi. Check the v3 character chart to be sure.
