My tinytan tamagotchi isnt working..

so uhm, this is my second time posting since no one really replied. My red tinytan tama had 2 lines on the screen previously but i didnt check it now. The lines have been there for a while and im really worried since the red one is my favorite. Heres the picture from a few days ago. Please help me
