Go to the "mall" and go to the "Forever tamagotchi" section. (First one on left). The necklace is on top of the red umbrella.i have looked everywhere but i haven't found the tamagotchitown necklace. i found everything else but that. but at the moment i don't remember where the basket is but i'll find that... i j need to know where that neclace is. if anyone can help me plz do.
