Alright I got a Young Kuchipatchi and I want it to turn into a Kuchipatchi so how can I keep forming him to be a Kuchipatchi

well you can always make sure your tama has higher intelligence or fasion points than anything else ^___^ *or get over 300 skill points to get the secert charachter*

You could try and get lots of social (flower) skill points, or, as ~Zunky~ said, you could try and get the secret character.
