I mean on the side on tamatalk (the one with the angel and the ads) below the angel it says growth charts click on it and it says some posts click the v4 growth chart with 1 reply.

below it has a complete chart of every tama on the v.4!

then look for the one you are talking about and it has the name

or do you mean how to get if thats the case I cant help you

Hmm... I've never heard of it. Check the growth chart like leaftchi1 said And how can it have a blue strap? The tamagotchis are black and white. Or do you mean the cartoon of it?
