Need some advice

SO I'm trying to say something, my friend keeps interrupting me. She's joking, I know that, and I reach over and lightly tap her face. Hardly any pressure. Now she's peeved at me and won't talk to me even though I said sorry like ten times.

Any suggestions on what I can do?

Say you're not sure why she's mad at you, you didn't mean to hurt her or anything. Iunno, if she's not willing to accept your apology for something that insignificant, maybe she's not really your friend and was just waiting to start an arguement.

It sounds like she's kinda attention seeking to me. :/

But just make sure she knows you only did it for a joke, and wasn't serious.

Even though you know you didn't hurt her, she might just say you did, so say how sorry you are anyway.
