I have a few questions. I love neopets and I've been on Neopets for about a month but I'm really confused about a lot of things. I have to ask because it's driving me crazy.
How does your neopet's level go up?/What can you do to raise your neopet's level?
Why does my neopet's health suddenly just go down to 4/9 instead of 9/9 like it was?
And lastly, are there any good cheats for neopets?
EDIT: I was just going to view the books my pet read when the "Something has happened!" message appeared saying Rosaleeya (my Acara) is now at level 2! Could someone also explain what the difference is between levels and why it's so great to be on a high level?
