New and confused!

So i recently bought a tama-go tamagotchi and im soo confused!

it came with a little disc that i dont know what its used for,(like the kind for the xbox, tiny thing!) and everytime i go to the new tamatown site, says its disconnected meanwhile i have pefect interent connection.

It is wireless and im using google chrome. Please help! im 20 and a llittle toy confuses me lol

That disc is the Let's Go! Tamagotchi! Anime series (in english) so you can put in a DVD player and watch that.
