No sound to my V4?

Hey guys,

I have a V4 and I accidentally dropped it. It said the sound was on but I can't hear anything. I tried resetting it and still no sound. What should I do?

The sound wire has snapped

Sound wire probably became un attached. So you will need to solder it back to the place it needs to. The best way to figure out where it belongs is to open another one carefully and find out which wire has been disconnected to which circut.
