slowly my tamagotchi is getting quieter, why might this be happening, i bought it brand new way back when the v 4.5's had just come out, since then it has not seen much abuse, it has a new battery, and the battery is a energizer, so what might be wrong?
odd tama? or something else?

I know tamas and vpets in general can wear down just from general use - so maybe that's just happening? though, I have to be honest, I bought a brand new package of energizer batteries recently for my tamas and 2 out of the 3 batteries were DOA (errr... purchase.... whatever, but they were brand new outta the package and they were the larger 3volt ones). I'm wondering if maybe battery manufacturers are having some quality control issues lately? :/

yeh my brand new ( well second hand but it looks like its never been used ) v5 is louder, higher pitched and has more responsive buttons than my three(i think)year old v6 tho it might jus b version differences.

HOW new is the battery? Try changing it, because that's how my friend Meme tests batteries.
could just be some wiring problems as well.
