So i just enter music city, and i log in my charcter, but when i log out all the people go to the top of the screen! AM I SEEING THINGS???

+no you are not seeing things i loged onto music city once and i was on top on the billboards and i could not move i loged out and back in and it was the same so i just whent to my appartment and it was back to normal
