And if it is an oldie, and the matchmaker (on v6) gives you a partner, will it be an oldie too??

I don't ever recall seeing a married character change from adult to oldie.

The adult stay with the baby until next midnight, if you pause it at night, the adult and baby will live until they die or you have them on at night. :furawatchi:
