Your parent tama will leave the baby tama at midnight the next day after ur tama got the baby. It will be like when you first started except you'll still have all of your points and items but will only have the jump game. Hope I helped.

heres what u do.

if u are so intent on keeping ur tama, so inststant that u dont care ifu screw up the ageing process,listen closely.

pause ur tama overnight.

the adult cant leave.

when u want the baby, leave it unpaused overnight

voila! parent gone!

Well if you pause your tama at mid night/overnight then your adult tama will age like normal at the age of twenty two it will leave no matter what, but once it leaves you can still carry on a second generation. You can do this with every tama you raise every time if you like.
