Hey, I wanted to say that is better to combine your questions in only ONE post so it doesen't clog the forum and it saves up more space. 
And aswering your question, the machmaker will come. It is trhe old tama with a book. Just press the A button (left) or the B button (center) and another tamagotchi will appear, then it will appear:
"LOVE?
YES
NO"
Select "Yes" or "NO" depening on your desicion, if you wanted to press yes but you accidentally presses NO, dont worry, trhe matchmaker will come again, at 3 diferent hours.
I dont remember the times but Im sure another tamatalker can help you with that.
