in tamatown you tpye in your username then you play games then they give you a password then you go to your passwords thing in your tamagotchi (toy) punch in the number then enter then you get your pizer!

did you type in the Correct username at the beginning when you enter Tamatown?

That might be the case. Say, if you Username was ...rug, and you accidentily types 'rag' might be the reason why..
