Perhaps I'm just stupid, really, but I've read before that if you attach your Gotchi figure to the top of your T-Go, when you go the Shop on your Tama-Go, as well as on TamaTown, the items and such change??

Well.. I've put my figure on, and the shop on my T-Go doesn't change, and the TamaTown shop still tells me that in order to access the items, I have to attach a Gotchi figure...

I'm a little confused - Am I doing something wrong??

I think it's just that there is a shop on the gotchi figures, not that the shop on the tama changes. As for tamatown online, I don't know cause I don't go on there...

You need a full figure, not the one that came with the Tama-go. As in, one that you bought separately. Then, if you go to certain shops, they will offer you something special, but none of the shops actually change.
