Ok I saw a link in another post and it had a picture of all the different v5 families and in each family there was a character that looked like it would be the family pet or something... What is up with this?
Thank you!!!If you get a pure family you can see their pet sometimes. A pure family is one where the parents are the same family type. When you have a pure family, you'll see the family type, listed in the status screen as something like Mame family, Meme family, or Kuchipa family, instead of the "mixed family" you probably see now. The pet may appear during some time-of-day animations, or when you press the C button causing a C-reaction.
Here are the specific rules you need to follow to get a pure family:
1) Raise one of the following characters.
Mametchi
Memetchi
Flowertchi
Kuchipatchi
2-A) If you will be using the matchmaker.
Your character's Bonding Level must be 100%.
Select the marriage partner as follows.
Your Mametchi + matchmaker's Chantotchi = Mame Family
Your Memetchi + matchmaker's Mumutchi = Meme Family
Your Flowertchi + matchmaker's Sukatchi = Flower Family
Your Kuchipatchi + matchmaker's Yonepatchi = Kuchipa Family
2- In the case of a love marriage (by connection.)
The marriage partner must visit your character to mate on your Tamagotchi toy.
Do not send your character to the partner's Tamagotchi toy to mate there.
Either character's Bonding Level must be 100%.
Select the marriage partner as follows.
Your Mametchi + their Chantotchi = Mame Family
Your Memetchi + their Mumutchi = Meme Family
Your Flowertchi + their Sukatchi = Flower Family
Your Kuchipatchi + their Yonepatchi = Kuchipa Family
Note: I'm sure only of the family name "Kuchipa" Family since I have had that on my V5. The others are a guess at the English names, since I've translated them from the FamiTama / Japanese names.
I think binary's post is explaining the way to get a "pure" family.so you cant use the match maker (dating show) unless thethe bond of your family is 100??!!??!! If thats true thats not cool... lol
Thank you! This helps A LOT!There are cartoon drawings of them here: https://www.tamenagerie.com/famitama.html I haven't seen a pixel chart yet.
LolThank you!!! This is EXTREMELY helpful to me. I am getting a V5 soon and I am looking for as much as information on them as I can so I will be already a little familiar with it when I get it.
