Can you help my son? He woke his V3 up by pressing the button on the back when it was sleeping, then he accidently pressed "reset" instead of "download". Is there any way to retrieve his tama information without starting again ??? He is devistated!!! Thanks.

Sadly no, there is no way to get your old tamagotchi back. Sorry about this. What genoration was it?

Aww too bad. There is no way to get back info. Dont wake your tama up by pressing the button at the back, maybe just reset the clock or wait for it to wake up naturally.

Sorry but once you hit "reset" instead of the button "download" it will just...well completly reset! Sorry about that...
