plz help me

when i log into the pc, and get the logout pass, i type it in and it doesint accept it. I dont want a new tama!!!! its v-4 and if its a glitch ill have to live with it. But can anyone explain it to me??? h34r: plz?

While your in tamatown, did you press any buttons beside entering codes and going to the logout screen?

That may have been your problem.
