Actually, I'm pro-choice as well Pro-choice. Let's not get my opinion out there. My opinion doesn't gain social approval.
Let me ask you something: Do you think the government should legalize theft, rape, or assault? These are all horrible and violent acts just like abortion. But according to you, people should have the choice. There should be no law that says people can't kill their children because you don't want to tell someone that what they're doing is wrong? That doesn't make sense to me. U.UI feel that people should have the choice. I am a Christian, and although I don't believe in abortion, I think it's not up to me to say to a non-Christian they can't get one. It may be a sin in my religion, but no sin is worse then another to me. Besides, it would be very dicatorish to say it's illegal. An abortion is a sad thing because it kills an innocent child, while that child would have been amazing. However I think people should have the choice.
I love you for saying thatLet me ask you something: Do you think the government should legalize theft, rape, or assault? These are all horrible and violent acts just like abortion. People could say that about every crime that's illegal just like those I mentioned above. "It's their choice. We can't tell someone that they can't do those things because they should have the choice." I mean this is MURDER we're talking about here. The murdering of INNOCENT people. That's just like telling Hitler that everything he did was a-okay because it was his choice to kill innocent human beings, and it would be "dictatorish" to say that what he did was illegal, and who are we to tell him that he can't? There's no difference.
Me too, only if the woman was having sex ON HER OWN then the baby is the punishment, although if she was raped then why should she be constantly reminded of it? And what about the kid? It will not have a nice future, most likely. Plus it would be a b-nevermiind.Actually, I'm pro-choice as well I just think it should be up to the mother as to whether or not she wants to carry through with her birth and not up to the government.
... "punishment"???Me too, only if the woman was having sex ON HER OWN then the baby is the punishment...
They invented condoms and contraceptive pills and abortion for a reason.Everyone keeps saying things along the lines of "She had sex, she can suffer with a child" I disagree with that.
Does that mean you should never have sex for fun and only have sex if you don't mind getting pregnant?
What about women who've decided they never want children? Does that mean they should just never have sex?
Pro-choice still. It's her body, her child, her life. Let the woman decide.
