The buttons of my Tamagotchi iD are not responsive at all. Is it really like that?

Navigating menus is fine, but sometimes it doesn't recognized you've pressed a button in the Catch game?
Various people have complained about this, but have also reported that after using their Tamagotchi-iD for a few days the problem went away. Try pressing a bit harder, changing the angle you're pressing down on, or changing the part of the buttons you're pressing on (middle vs bottom edge.)
