no you can't get the NINJA family by marriage
you must get it by unhappy (no heart at all when adult) to get the ninja family

Sorry, I was distracted by the title ("pure families".) Yes, Nazotchi25 is correct.
Gozarutchi is an extreme bad-care character. If you have him, you already have the Ninja family. You don't need to mate him with Kuniotchi. His children will not be Ninja family characters by default even if you mate him with Kuniotchi. Regardless of who you mate him with, his children can be Ninja family if you also give them extreme bad care.
Here is a copy of notes I made a few years ago on how to get bad care families on the V5.
Note: only adults and parents will change into bad care characters.
Note: only adults will be able to change back into normal characters. (Parents remain stuck as bad care characters.)
Over-feeding (Large Family):
1. Feed meals until the characters refuse to eat any more.
Note: There are several hidden hungry hearts.
2. Wait until the characters are willing to eat again, then repeat step 1.
Note: It may take about an hour before they are hungry again enough to eat.
3. Repeat steps 1 & 2, at least 5 times. When you've repeated this enough,
they will change into bad care characters as soon as they've finished
eating a meal.
Under-feeding (Petite Family):
1. Allow all hungry hearts to empty.
Note: Keep some happy hearts full at all times.
2. When they beep for attention because they're hungry, don't feed them.
3. After some time, they will appear angry with you, but don't feed them.
Note: It may take 15-30 minutes from the time they call for attention until
they appear angry with you.
4. After some more time, they will appear no longer angry with you. Now,
feed them a meal that will fill one hungry heart.
Note: It may take 15-30 minute from the time they first appear angry until
they no longer appear angry.
Note: The attention icon may remain lit after they no longer appear angry
with you, before you've fed them anything.
