I've gotten two. ^.^ I'm not exactly sure how you get them but you don't have to take perfect care of them. You should take good care but not necessarily perfect care. I think I check them every 20 minutes or so and sometimes there's an empty hunger heart; sometimes there's an empty hunger heart and an empty happy heart; and sometimes there's a poo and an empty hunger heart.
