And how long does she stay? I worry she may come, then leave before I have a chance while I'm at work and able to check my Tamagotchi only every 45 minutes or so. How long does she stick around, and when does she come?

She comes at 2.59pm or 6.59pm and sometimes 10.29am from the age of 6+ she only stays for about 20 mins or so then she goes

The Matchmaker starts coming to see your Tama when it is either 5, 6, or 7 years old, depending on what time of the day it was started up. The Matchmaker comes at 10:30 a.m, 3:00 p.m, and 7:00 p.m, and will continue to visit your Tama until it gets old.
