can you make your tama go to sleep? i have to stay up late and wait for the thing to conk out! I need sleep too!

Not really, you can foward the time by clicking C on the time screen, but you can turn off the lights, usually 15-30 minutes before they go to sleep to make them go to bed earlier, and they gain one happy heart this way, also the healthy charecters go to bed earlier.
