uhm.. Can I change the language? Or is the ID only Japanese?

No, the language is not something you can change, however, you can change the background, and your character can wear clothes and accessories. But, no. The language cannot be changed.

The Tamagotchi iD L is a Japanese "Gotchi" and you cannot change the language. But you can change the backgrounds and clothes (A bit like the music star wearing an item eg Wig)

The Tamagotchi-iD was also sold in parts of Asia, where it included an English-language instruction booklet. Even so, the toy itself was the same as was sold in Japan; it was Japanese-language only.
