Ok, I am not really sure about this or not, just dont be harsh on people. So I have seen Rate the avvie and rate the siggy of the person above you, but i havent seen one of these. so example.

Person 1(IHaveacookie)- No ones above me D:

Person 2 (Lovescookies)- 4/10 (Because you didnt give me your cookie)

Person 3 (Ieatcookies)- 10/10 (Because I do too xD)

So, I guess start with me? Maybe post what you want the person to post next rate on example-

I Have a cookie- Still no one above me, but rate on Mrs.Kitty

Lovescookies- Ok, 7/10 At least you dont keep a cookie away from me Rate on Goodbye Puppy

I eat cookies- 1/10 You got that off of Icarly so no.
