HELL-O!

ok, so I got confused on when

I should push the reset button.

Please explain to me how to do

it for example, when i'm changing

the battery.. Should I hit reset

and click download first or what?

The reset button is useful for a few things...

If your Tama Runs away and you want another chance at being a better parent.

In this case... use the DOWNLOAD option.

Also... if you have a Glitch, sometimes the DOWNLOAD feature can fix it.

If you want to completely restart over from Generation 1... Choose RESET.

Only use RESET if you want a completely New... Fresh Game.

When changing the Battery... the Tama will automatically go back to the DOWNDLOAD/RESET Option Screen.

Choose DOWNLOAD to get back whichever Tama you had before Battery Change.

You do NOT need to push button yourself when changing the Battery... unless a Glitch Occurs.

(Just so you know... the Time will go back to a point where your Tama was Saved... You may have to fix the Clock.)

when changing the battery just pull the back screen off after taking the screws out and then take out the old battery and place in the new one it should beep and then if you want all your info back click download if you would like to start fresh click reset

i suggest that you press download.. ( you will begin from the last major event { waking up, growing}

if you select reset, your tamagotchi will start over and your memory will be erased
