Press and hold reset, A, B and C then let go of reset. Now let go of A, B and C the screen should be black. Now press A, B, C, A. Now it should tell you what version it is. For example mine says VER :A.5. Now press A and wait until it says ROM OK. now press A again and it will be at the normal connecting standby screen. If you have another tammy to connect to the tested one you will have to select ver 1. Then just connect as normal. After you have connected the egg will not hatch and you will have to reset. The other tammy should have a nameless egg in its friend list. Hope I helped.
