Secret Uratama Characters?

Hi guys! I just got a Tsunootchi in my Uratama and I would love to get Mukimukitchi (Musclemen ~<3), I know I have to have 999 Passion GUTS points, but what job should I make my UraKuchipatchi get? I found how to get the Entama characters but no idea how to get the Uratama's D:

so he should be an adventurer ok, but when should I make him reach the 999 GUTS, before or after getting the job? that's what confuses me the most right now xD
