Shop Item Codes?

I found the one for the cell phone but pushed the wrong button I had entered the CD3 code wrong and found it haha so if anyone wants to try more codes be my guest. As well, I was wondering, how do you find these "shop codes" for more shop items and why do they not stay in the shop once you have entered the code?

also would anyone happen to know where the action figure shows up? I won 2 on the slot machine in the mall in tamatown and entered the code correctly but now I cant find the action figure anywhere on my toy.

The action figure won from the slot game is a souvenir, it will appear in your souvenir list (you might have to scroll through some empty spaces before you see it).
