SO confused!

ok i got a tamagotchi for x-mas and its a v2 but by actually pet is a v1 how do i get it to a v2 so i can have the NEW tamas thansk in advance

The tama's from the v1 are in the v2 aswell.

Tama Fan Flaafy is right - all the V1 characters are also on the V2.

I got a Memetchi and an Androtchi with my V2 and it IS a bit disappointing to see the old ones!

To get a V2 character to evolve just take care of it in a slightly different way - for example full hungry hearts but only 2 full happy hearts whilst it is in teen stage - and you will probably get one of the V2 characters.
