Sometimes , I am un-able to make topics in the T - Bay forum. Is there something wrong with my computer? Or is the forum under construction ?? Just wondering to see if others have the same problem .

It's probably because messages posted there have to be approved by a moderator, aka Guide. Just be patient, it'll show.

Gejitchi is right - all the new topics on t-bay are checked by the Guides first before they appear.

Some of the other forums are moderated too - there's usually a note about it on the home page before you click the link into the forum

In order to have a Tbay topic approved, you must, at the beginnig, say a little something.. a phrase that must be on all Tbay topics. I forget what exactly it is,but I believe its something like "Tamatalk cannot be held responsible for buying selling or trading. And it goes on. Check out the Tbay's section's only pinned topic - it tells you what you have to say.

Wow. There are alot of topics in that forum. There must be alot of moderators there to approve so many topics.
