How do you use Souverneirs? On V3 and V4?

You cannot actually use the Souveneirs. Technically, you can only look at them. I really don't like that part... And I don't blame you if you don't either.

well I recon someone should contact Bandai and say that you should be able to use them on V5 (if there is one coming out!!)
