Yeah, that's an old glitch that appeared a while ago, and hasn't been fixed.

yeah it is a glitch...everybody has it. But if anything I know a thing or two about Spanish and it basically is telling you that there are a lot of new areas in music city thats under construction and if you make a big donation to the gotchi records place, the new place will be built with your name.
