Your star guy is called Hoshitchi. He will evolve into a Mikazukitchi in the teenager stage and into a Sanitchi/Sunnytchi in the adult stage.

As *~tamacrazy~* said, you must have mated your Furawatchi/Violetchi with a Sanitchi/Sunnytchi, or communicated with a v5/Famitama from a different region.
