its not making it fair for ppl with new topics.

Making a complaining topic is just as bad as bumping a topic. If people have something to contribute to that topic, and it's not been many months since the last post, it's not bad. The girl's topic has 102 pages and people still bump that with information/questions.

It's perfectly fair. The more interesting topic gets bumped.

It's not how many posts...

It's how many years ago it was made before it was bumped.

BUT if a RP topic has to many posts I usually inore it.

This is really like backseat mod'ing. And there's a pinned topic in here too, so it's like a double. So really it's as bad as bumping a topic.
