Every Tamagotchi has tchi except Makkiko. I'm wonder why? Is more special?

Because her name is Makikotchi but everyone just call her Makiko

Actually her full name is Madeleine Kirie Dotchirie. I think she does not have tchi on the end of her name, because the creators wanted to freshen it up a bit and add a little more unique name.
