Tama-Go Pixel Problem

:furawatchi: Hello, My Tama-Go (green) has a pixel row that has been really faint and I almost cant see it !!

The row is 3 last on the bottom.

What am I supposed to do??

Replace the screen?

I only have 2 Tama-Gos. Please help!

(P.S I was cleaning the screen from scratches with Vaselin .)

(P.P.S I wasnt pushing hard using a Q-Tip .)

First things first, try replaceing the battery. Low battery power can lead to fadeing pixles.

Is this on both of your tama-gos? If it is.. you did something.. most likely, you won't have two faulty ones.. but if it's only one, it might be faulty.

I have already taken out the Vaseline.

It keeps getting worse.

It had lost 7 rows of pixels already.

Is this on both of your tama-gos? If it is.. you did something.. most likely, you won't have two faulty ones.. but if it's only one, it might be faulty.

It is only on my green one. It was in perfect condition when I got it. :furawatchi:

Yes, try re-aligning the screen.. if that doesn't work..

1. Have you dropped it?

2. Got water or liquids in/on it (besides the vaseline)

Stripped screws..

You have to apply a great deal of pressure, but be very careful when doing that.. it will still work, but you need to replace them.

I'd say take it to a Jeweler, have him not only open it but see if he knows what the pixel problem is.

Hmm. It might be just plain ol' messed up. My advice, is to use your other Tama-Go. Taking it to a professional costs more than the Tama does. It's not worth it..
