On the v5, there aren't any "bad" teens. The only bad characters on the v5 are from the bad care families (Puchipuchi/Petit, Dainamikku/Large and Gozaru/Ninja). Unless you count characters obtained by low bonding.

Yes, Chamametchi is Mametchi's little sister.

On the second gen or higher, you have a chance of having a "smart" family- a Mamametchi and a Papamametchi and one or two "smart" children. If you have a "smart" family and you want it to stay "smart," you will have to always use the first bonding item for training. This will not work if it was a blended family to begin with.
