Tama town wont let me create a new account

I got a tamagotchi the other day and want to create an account on tama town but it wont let me, its gets to the page 'review your account' and doesnt do anything when i click next. please help

im having the same problem !! what the heck is going on ? it might be because the server is down but idk. somebody help us please !!
