tama v3 shop codes -Please help me soon! :)

I entered in the cake code, steak, cuckoo clock, RC car, Hair gel, and love potion (honey) codes. I see all the items there, but i cant do anything with them, the last one i got a rare costume, but.. It wont let me use it, this happened on my v4 tamagotchi too, I have no idea whats going on, why cant i use the items?

Now its only letting me play with the cuckoo clock :/ hmm..

For certain items, you can only use them when your tamagotchi is at a certain stage.

You can use them when your tamagotchi is an Adult.

Most items you can only play with as an Adult. So, if you can't play with it, don't worry.
