tamagotchi back cover will not unscrew

hey everyone, this may be in the wrong topic , if it is sorry !

im concerned because i put a new battery in my v3 tamagotchi, but wanted to take it back out because i changed my mind, only now i cant unscrew the back off to take the new battery out ?

anyone have any tips to get it off ?

ive been trying to unscrew the back off for about 2 hours now !

I have had this problem with mine! I fixed it by hammering the screw driver into the screw and turning it with added pressure onto the screw it undid and then I used sticky tape to hold the back on! ( I replaced the screw in the end)

after trying this out i managed to get it loose haha !

i ont be doing that one up tight again ! hehe

i will probably get a new screw but use sticky tape for now
