I think it's probably safe to say that the V9 isn't really a popular model since I have yet to see resources / guides for it... Or maybe it's just because it's similar to the previous model (the V8 or Tamagotchi Friends sans Dream Town moniker) or it's pretty straightforward.
I want to start a detailed growth chart project for the V9. From what I've noticed, the growth chart progression is very similar to the V8, but instead of the personality factor, there is a "Dream Class" which pretty much determines what your Teen Tamagotchi evolves to.
There's already a V8 Growth Chart by Natashenka posted on the webpage linked immediately after this, which is where I found some leads to what are the growth mechanics of the V9.

So far, here's what I've gathered / concluded based on experience and Natashenka's post above:
1. Baby to Child change / evolution mechanics are pretty much the same. The character the Baby evolves to is random on even generations. For odd generations, there's a 66% chance that the current baby will be the other character it's parents didn't change to.
2. For Child to Teen, evolution mechanics are also the same. The child-stage Tamagotchi evolves to the next character based on the number of care misses. I will still need to keep track of the care misses required to get a specific Teen character, as even Natashenka does not know the specific amount of Care Misses it takes for a Child to evolve to a certain teen. She does know however that there are three levels of "Care Rating" that determines which Teen you Child changes to.
Excellent Care: Cosmotchi (Male) or Neotchi (Female)
Good Care: Maimaitchi (Male) or Nokobotchi (Female)
Ok Care: Bokuhoshitchi (Male) or Painaputchi (Female)
3. In V8, personality is a major factor in determining the Adult your Teen changes to. In V9, a "Dream School" mechanic has now been added, where playing a specific Dream School game assigns your Teen to a Dream Class, which definitely influences the growth of your character. If you do not play any Dream School games during the teen stage, your Teen evolves to a random character, with the appropriate Care Misses requirement.
It appears that there are also four levels of care, which means the "Care Misses" mechanic is still there, because there are also 1-4 characters per gender of each Dream Class as indicated on the Friendship Map. An English PDF copy of the Friendship Map can be found here: https://us.tamagotchifriends.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2014/04/Friendship-Map-04-29-14.pdf

To-Do's For this Project, anyone is welcome to contribute:
1. Determine the specific amount of care misses it takes to get a specific Teen.
2. Determine the specific amount of care misses it takes for each specific Teen to get a certain Adult. I am predicting that Cosmotchi and Neotchi will still require more care misses to get an Adult that is classified as "Excellent" or below care.
