Tamagotchi-Games or Pets

I'm sorry if ths is aleady a topic but I havn't seen it:

People have been telling me that tamagotchis are video games, but I personally think a tamagotchi is different then a video game because you don't just play with it when you feel like it, you use it when it needs you; so what to you think? Games or Pets? You decide!

I think they're pets. Cuz I play video games, too, and Tamagotchis aren't video games. They're cute virtual pets. I love 'em! So my vote is for pets.
