Random question, so far I haven't noticed the items at the Tamadepot changing yet. Does it or are the only different items you get the ones you download?

Another random question. So far I've downloaded the items from this topic - Tamagotchi ID L Downloads - Tama-zone

Is there more people have posted out there by chance?

The items in the stores that come with the iD L don't change. The only different items are the ones you download, yes. As far as the downloads posted, yes, those are the only ones so far, to my knowledge.
