Tamagotchi Morino Resets Itself When..

Whenever an "enemy" [ie foot] is on the screen... the Tamagotchi Morino resets itself if I push a button. It also does not respond to the tap/touch screen "feature:

Has anyone else had this problem??

Someone mentioned maybe a glitch in the circuit board?

Is this normal??

You're using fresh batteries, right?

Yes. Tried several sets. It works fine until an enemy predator comes after my bug.

This thread has been resolved. The item doesn't turn on anymore and the seller wouldn't refund my money nor would eBay unless I sent it back. Tracking numbers are too expensive and so now it just sits in a box. Good bye $40!
